Service Rules
These protect both the customer and the business. Keep them visible from day one.
Regular household laundry only. We reserve the right to refuse hazardous or excessively contaminated items.
Heavily stained garments, odor-saturated loads, and workwear may require extra treatment and fees.
We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or pre-existing garment issues.
Please check pockets before pickup. River City is not responsible for items left in pockets.
Claims for missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Delicate, luxury, or specialty garments must be disclosed in advance and may be refused.
